account issues

    so I purchased this domain plus another (.co.uk and .com) in October of last year. I am trying to access the domains but I cannot see them when I sign into word press. also when I start a new website on WordPress and select I already own a domain. It tells me the the domain is already connected to a word press site?? I have only ever bought the domains, I have not created a website with either. I am also wanting to transfer the domains to a host. Any help much appreciated.

    What is the URL of the site you’re trying to access?

    Hi Aaron, I’d bet they’re just under a different account.

    Can you log out, and log in with the email address that received a receipt and gets renewal reminders?

    If you’d like to tell us what the domains are, we can also look them up to confirm whether this is the issue.
