  Hello, I have another account under the username gcooper – email (email visible only to moderators and staff) which I cannot access outside of our CMS on the wordpress website. I am trying to get in to change my photo but when I do it says incorrect password, then when I try to reset my password, I do not get an email. Please help.

  Would you please share the URL of the site you’re trying to access?

  Once we know that, we should be able to help or at least direct you to the folks who can.

  Hello there,

  This site is not hosted with us on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress software at another hosting provider. This is a bit different to a site hosted on WordPress.com. You can read about these differences here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  As we don’t have access to this site, you would need to reach out to the hosting provider for helping gaining access.
