  I had purchased the premium package for my wordpress account and Im having difficulty navigation my live chat support.

  As well, I would prefer to transfer my wordpress.com account to a wordpress.org account

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  This guide will step you through the process of moving your site to a WordPress.org instance:

  As we only support sites hosted here at WordPress.com, all issues with the new site – including the importing of the file – must be taken to the WordPress.org support community:

  Please note that you will not need WordPress.com Premium if you are moving to WordPress.org, so if you want a full refund I can do that and completely cancel the domain. However, if you want to still keep the domain, I can provide you a partial refund ($73) so that you can keep the domain and use it with your self-hosted site.

  As for the domain itself, you can keep it registered with us and just point the nameservers to your new host with these steps:

  Change a Domain’s Name Servers

  You’ll need to obtain the name server values from your current host. You should be able to find them on their support documentation, or contact them and ask for the information. (Name servers may be referred as “nameservers” or “NS records” instead.)

  Just note that this means your domain is still registered through us and just hosting elsewhere. So you would need to keep the registration renewed yearly with us in addition to your new host. After 60 days from the date of registration you can transfer out your domain elsewhere (there is a lock placed on newly registered domains as per ICANN rules). When that time comes, the guide below explains how to transfer the domain name to another registrar, including how to access the authorization (EPP) code:

  Hello,

  I am still having a challenge logging into my wordpress.org account. My Host Gator account has been paid for and Im struggling with my account, password and c panel domain.
