  Hello,
  Today I received an Email about my account getting exposed in a recent leak.

  Is there any possibility, you could give me details about where my credentials got leaked and which? If wanted, I can send you a copy of this email, as a proof of being the owner of this Email address and account.

  Hi arnonym123,

  The password reset was due to a security issue on a external site or service rather than WordPress.com. We don’t currently have specific information about when or where this happened but we believe it was due to the same username and password combination being used for multiple accounts. By resetting your password, we are cutting off the ability for the unauthorised person to have access to your WordPress.com account.

  We regularly import known lists of potentially compromised user account
  and passwords from several sources, in an effort to keep all our users
  secure. If you would like more detail, http://haveibeenpwned.com is a good resource to confirm where your email may have been leaked.

  It is a good idea to change any password which you commonly used across several services, and keep all passwords unique.
