Account Lock out

  Hello! I manage a website as a board member of the organization, it is a paid account, I can’t access the account to even ask a question! It is completely locked.
  When I updated from 4.9 to 5.1 it locked all pages, I can’t access the dashboard. Every click on anything on the page circles me back around to the notification page that your word press is up to date. I can’t access the theme support and the other board members have little knowledge of account information. I would like to uninstall the most recent update and take a look at the plugins to see which one of those need to be updated prior to the theme update or if I can just completely move to a new free theme. Please help!
