  I co-edit the website for the Cotton Owners and Enthusiasts Club but the account has been locked and I am unable to access it. Another club member, in Canada, set up the site but I have been updating it for the last few years.

  I tried password recovery on assumption that the Club e-mail account was used but am not getting an email so think he must have used his own address.

  I have not been able to get hold of him for some time and only now realize that he has all the details necessary to go through the Account Recovery procedure.

  I realize help from the Forum may be limited so any ideas how to contact the ‘Happiness Engineers’?! Any help is much appreciated as this is a huge problem for the Club.

  Hello,

  I couldn’t log in as ‘cottonownerslcub’ to post a question so logged in under my personal ‘noelinesmith’ account – not sure I understand your question but hopefully that answers it!

  Good news though, we managed to get hold of our Canadian member and have unlocked the ‘cottonownersclub’ site – hoorah!

  Issue resolved now and thank you for your time.
