I have a wordpress site that was always automatically logged in on my computer, however when I got a new computer the username/ PW became unsaved in the browser and I have absolutely no idea what they were. A web designer built the site using a wordpress platform, so I’m not sure if the username or user email was associated with an account of his rather than mine. I’ve been unable to get ahold of him so am now completely locked out of my account. I’ve tried to reset the password using my email address but every time I do it pops up with the message ‘ Sorry, that key does not appear to be valid.’ Please help!!!! (PS the blog url below is not the blog, I created a new login to be able to use this forum,thanks)
