  How do I get my account unlocked so I can move the domain?

  Hi there,

  To use your domain with a different web host, you can follow the steps in our guide to Move Your Domain to Another Host.

  For the first 60 days after registering the domain, you’ll need to point your domain to the new host by changing the domain’s name servers. After that 60-day waiting period, you can also transfer the domain to a new registrar if you prefer.
