Account Locked: error message Warning: mysqli_set_charset(): Error executing query, Warning: Cannot modify header information

  On my business account, I was moving a bunch of theme example pages from published to draft, and an error message popped up on every aspect of our URL. No access to wp-admin, no access to any pages under our URL. How do I get back in to fix the problem?
