Account locked/domain page forgot pin

Hi,
I forgot the password I’m using on the domain manager page.
I received an email to contact this number 480) 505-8857 I”m based in UK is there a country code for this number?
Is there any other way to contact the team???
I sent several emails but still haven’t received anything.
A week without access to the domain page and I need the domain to start my website
Please advise

You can change the password for the domain manager by visiting this page while logged in: https://thehappycreations.wordpress.com/wp-admin/paid-upgrades.php?page=domains
From the dropdown at the bottom, select “Make Changes to DNS” and enter your new password.

I know how to do this however when I’m transfered to the domain manager there is a message on screen saying the account is locked.
Can we do this online or should I call this number?
Can I have the country-area code?
Please advice it’s been almost a week – after several emails to customer service- since this happened, I can’t do my job and I’m starting to get annoyed with the customer service. -

Sorry for the confusion. David just responded back to you by e-mail. We have to contact our domain provider to lift the lock. I’ll close this thread and let David continue helping you from here so we don’t cross any wires.
