  I’m using cpanel and have WordPress installed. Through phpMyAdmin I can find the WordPress database with user login, password, and email address. When on the WordPress login page and inserting any of those pieces of information I get the dialog box: ERROR: The password you entered for the email or username is incorrect. In fact, it also doesn’t recognize the email address for recovering/changing the password.

  Questions: Has my account been deleted? How can I check to see the status of my account?

  Thanks for any help as I haven’t been able to log in to manage my website.
