Account log in error!?

  Hi

  Today I’ve had some problems logging into my wordpress account for the page http://brassarse.wordpress.com/. I was forced to go through the reset password process via email and then asked to provide an authentication code via my mobile phone app. However whenever I enter the code provided by the authenticator app I’m told it’s invalid. I’ve went through this whole process – password reset to phone verification – four or five times now and can’t even seem to have a SMS verification code sent to me for some reason (I make the request but get no SMS).

  I’ve tried disabling 2-stage-verification and then un-linking my google+ account in order to skip the verification process but this hasn’t worked either. On top of this I could not even post in the forums without being logged in so I’ve had to use this second account just to ask for some support.

  I need access to my account asap so any assistance you can provide would be very much appreciated.
