Account log in not recognised

Hi, I have been running a blog for a few years and there are a number of admin users for the site. On Friday it stopped working and none of us have been able to log in since. It doesn’t seem to recognise that we have the account???
The front end blog is still up and running.Any suggestions?

Hello,
This could likely have to do with privacy settings available for sites created with WordPress.com. Can you take a look at this guide to see if were something in this settings page that’s causing issues?

The site has the Hidden privacy setting on.It is not actually abercornheadsblog.wordpress.com that i need help with but another blog set up with wordpress. ….which i cannot log in to to post in the forum!

You can manually type the WordPress site’s link here without having to be logged in.
Can you visit the WordPress site’s login page and enter your username/email ID and password? What happens when you do that? Do you see any error messages in particular?

When i attempt to log in it doesn’t do anything, just reloads the page.
When i try the forgotten password link and type in my username i get the message “Could not save password reset key to database.”
