That’s most likely because you are not logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrade.
We need details please.
1. What is the underlying .wordpress.com URL?
2. Exactly which username account registered the underlying .wordpress.com blog and purchased the upgrade for it?
3. When was the upgrade purchased?

The domain, artefriedebertg.com, is not registered with WordPress.com and is not connected to any site here. Additionally, I don’t see any upgrades in your account.
What is the address of the site for which you bought Premium?

Here’s the story
My friend: (email visible only to moderators and staff)
bought a premium plan for artefriedeberg.com
Then she decided that she won’t be needing the website. So I proposed to use her plan for my brother. I’ve changed the contact info to my email adress: (email visible only to moderators and staff)
I’ve chat online with someone at wordpress to see If this was possible and he said I could do it.
So I bought fernandodegaray.com from you and the guy who was helping me cancelled the former user: artefriedeberg.com and mapped the new domain to this plan.
Now, I cannot access this new profile.
I think my user name is fdegaray
but I get nothing on my email when I request a password reset.When I try to retrieve the password and/or with my contact info: (email visible only to moderators and staff) it sends me a password reset link to an old account: http://taostudionet.wordpress.com
I’ve tried to add my new domain to this (taostudionet) profile but it says that “this domain is already maped to another plan”Thanks in advance for your help.

bought a premium plan for artefriedeberg.comThat’s not the same domain as you gave in your original post. There you said “artefriedebertg.com”
artefriedeberg.com was registered to the username, fdegaray, but has since been cancelled.

If you are not receiving password reset emails, you’ll need to submit our account recovery form and verify your ownership via one of the other methods listed there:

Of course you can see the problem I’m having here.
Haven’t been able to work on this new website and I’m already overdueI’d really appreciate any help r ideas about this matter.

I cannot confirm if any particular email address is correct or not, and also cannot give you clues to guess the correct email :)

Information appearing in the public Whois database cannot be used to verify your account ownership. As the document I linked to above states, we can only accept an email from the address you used to create your account, an activation URL, or a transaction ID from a recent payment.
I haven’t received my receipt for http://www.fernandodegaray.com domain either.
Do you own the card that was used for the renewal payment? If so, there should be a reference number appearing on your credit card statement along with the payment for the domain. You can use that reference number as the transaction ID on the Account Recovery form to verify your ownership of the account.
If the form won’t accept that number for any reason, please let me know but don’t post that number here on the forums under any circumstances.
