Account login email unknown but website still working so cannot reset password

  I cannot login to my account and when I opt for lost password/get new password and put in my email address it says that my email address is not registered, but the website is still up and running and everything is working. I even received an email from the wordpress team on 20 May 2023 about an upgrade to WordPress 6.1.3. I do not have any of the three required ID verification information. What can I do?
