Account login not recognised on laptop.

  Hi,

  I’ve been trying to login all morning to my wordpress account with no success. When I hit forgot my password, it said the account username and registered email isn’t found. I tried the account recovery form but the page just refreshes each time I hit recover my account.

  On my phone, I’m thankfully still logged in to my account and so able to send his message. Please help!

  Thanks Timethief. I’m seeing modlook in the tags (thanks for adding it) and have subscribed to the responses. Hope a moderator / staff will get back to me soon.

  Thanks so much @timethief and @themishnish! I’m able to login on the Safari brower – such a relief :)

  The browser giving me trouble is indeed Google Chrome.
  Web Browser: Chrome 45.0.2454.101

  We haven’t been able to duplicate this yet, and I suspect a browser plugin issue. If you can post more information on that thread we’d appreciate it. Thanks!
