I am trying to renew my domain mapping, but it was originally set up by someone no longer with the organization. Every time I try to renew I get a message that the original subscriber has to perform the renewal. What do I do?

Hi – In order to renew you will have to be logged in with the original account that made the purchase. If you are, then you can renew via your Manage Purchases page at https://wordpress.com/purchases
