  Hi,

  I would like to change my blog address on wordpress -is that possible?

  Also, if I would eventually want to migrate all my posts from my wordpress.com site to a self hosted site, would that be possible?

  Yes, you can change your blog address to one that does not exist yet. The following support document has step-by-step instructions: https://en.support.wordpress.com/changing-blog-address/
