Account no longer used

    the account for my Church is no longer used and hasn’t been since 2017. I am the treasurer and would like to archive the content and then cancel the account. The administrator of the account retired in 2017 and no longer has access to the account. How can I accomplish this?

    The first step would be to reveal the address of the site. Is it hosted here at WordPress.com? But be aware that only the owner of a site here can delete it so that person would be the only one able to recover access to the account.
