Account not linked to Blog

Hi There, its been a while since I used my Blog, but I wanted to start up again, but im in a new country and have a new Mac that Im working on. I have managed to recover my account, but the user name has been changed and my blog is no longer linked and I cant seem to access it.

Your username hasn’t changed, you are just logged in to the wrong wordpress.com account. What is the URL of your ‘missing’ wordpress.com website?

Perhaps you have recovered the wrong account. There is another created 7 years ago. Perhaps logging in there would reach your blog

Its got all of my information, in the “my profile” section but the username is changed to @throughtheliquidlookingglass8958faa531 which it was not before, it was just @throughtheliquidlookingglass and under my site – it just says that I dont have any wordpress sites yet.
The comment about the other account seems to be what could be causing the issue, because if i click it twice I get another account with the replicated data showing that it was created 3 years ago, which it was not.

Again your username hasn’t been changed! You have 2 different accounts: throughtheliquidlookingglass8958faa531 and throughtheliquidlookingglass.
You are logged in to throughtheliquidlookingglass8958faa531 but your site is connected to your other account throughtheliquidlookingglass.
So you must log out from current throughtheliquidlookingglass8958faa531 and log in again as throughtheliquidlookingglass. Once logged in you’ll see your site.
