  Hi
  We cant access our other account- tried account reset but it says it doesn’t exist.
  scottishfinegifts.com
  I have emails which show user name but not allwing password reset.
  I tried it on wordpress.org and its not showing there either.
  Any help greatly appreciated.

  When I try and rest password with user name is it says could not save password rest key to database

  Hi there,

  The site at scottishfinegifts.com is using the open source WordPress software and is hosted with Domainmonster.com. That site has no connection to any account on WordPress.com.

  To access that account you need to use your unique admin credentials specific to that site. Your WordPress.com login details won’t work for that site, nor can you use our password reset process to regain access to that site.
