Account Not Showing Subscription

    When I log in to my account, it does not show a subscription or the domain that was renewed. I received a renewal notice to the email address that I logged in on. How do I access the account with the subscription?

    We have absolutely no history of purchases, transactions, or billing activity of any kind under the account you’re currently logged into.

    If you enter the charge details at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ we should be able to help you with this.

    The transaction ID needed will be on your bank statement as WordPress followed by a letter/number code. They’ll look like this:

    WordPress XXXXXXXXXX
