Account not showing up and cannot edit site

    Hello,

    Everything in my account (profile, account settings, purchases, etc.) are all blank and I can’t even edit my site when I go to My Site. And on May 19th I paid for the Word Press Premium but I don’t think I need it anymore. Please advice.

    What browser are you using? Does it happen if you try a different browser? Are you using any browser extensions? Can you try disabling them and seeing if that changes things?
