Hi. I have subscribed for several months to Easy Italian News but have not received any emails from them since May 26. I have discovered this is because of changes to the email security system at work (my work email is my only email address). I have now got our work IT guys to stop the blocking of Easy Italian News emails but I am still not getting them, no doubt because so many were blocked in the past few weeks so they are no longer being sent. IT suggested I try unsubscribing and resubscribing to the site but I can now see that I will not be able to resubscribe from the same email address. Please can you reactivate my subscription so I can again get these emails. Thanks.

I had a look at the logs and it seems that the notification emails are being sent to you (the last one was sent just a couple of hours ago) but they are being blocked. The error we are seeing is
550 Envelope blocked– you may want to let your IT guy know that.There is nothing we can do on our end, I’m afraid.

As mentioned in my original request, I had already discussed this with my IT guys and it was fixed from our end several days ago. I am going to have to unsubscribe and hope resubscribing on the same email address will work.
