Account not working properly

  Hello, I am having a major issues. I can’t figure out how to. I cannot chat as it states option not available or contact customer support. I had changed my user name and I believe it messed everything up. I cannot edit nor can I create new pages and cannot contact support or do anything on my account except log in.
