Account of Domain Owner not accessible

    Hello,

    I need to renew my domain asap. I have added in an updated payment method but I am not actually able to renew the domain since it was configured in a different admin account of a person that is no longer with the company. I have no way to access their account. Is it possible for WordPress support to submit the renewal with my new payment method on file?

    WP.com: Yes
    Jetpack: No
    Correct account: Yes
