Account Owner Change

Trying to change the role of a previous employee that has access to the company blog from Admin to Contributor. I believe we’re encountering an error because they created the account originally. For security, I need to get this changed as soon as possible. Please get back to me as soon as you can.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Companies do not own blogs. Every WordPress.COM blog has a sole owner and it is the person with the WordPress.COM username account who registered the blog under that username account and their associated email address. In other words Staff cannot do this change for you as your company does not own the blog. The employee who registered the blogs owns it and you need to contact that blog owners directly.
The blog’s owner must be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog and purchased upgrades to renew them or transfer the blogs and the upgrades to another username account or to use the lost password link or account recovery form.
