  Hello,
  This blog hasn’t been used for a long time and it was supposed to be cancelled.
  I have been billed £30 this month – please could I get this refunded?
  The account is eastishome and the receipt number is Receipt #30547404

  Hi there,

  Both your plan and your domain have been canceled and a full refund has been issued. You can see a receipt for that refund in your billing history and it will show up in your bank or card statement in 7-10 days.

  I can see an £8 refund but there hasn’t been a refund of the £30.
