Account payment

I have received messages that our account payment can’t be processed. I have logged in with (email visible only to moderators and staff) and can access all the admin controls but don’t see any way to view the account setting – ie, our payment set up. I have tried logging in with the previous directors email – (email visible only to moderators and staff) but that isn’t connected. Seems it might be connected to an old employee. Is there a way to talk to an actual human to work this through?
