Account payment not authorised by bank – $20.oo fine to pay

  Dear word press,

  You tried to take a payment of £85.00 from my account but it was disputed by my bank and not authorised.

  I do not need to renew my subscription but would like to pay the outstanding fee of $20.00 that I was told I owe due to the payment being sent back.

  Please can you help me with this so that I can close the matter asap and cancel my subscription and account.
