    The account you’re using to post here does not own any upgrades on WordPress.com.

    However, you are an admin on a site you don’t own, lady10.life, and the user who owns that site also owns a premium plan that recently renewed.

    If that’s also your account, please log in as that account and comment here to confirm, then we can help you cancel and refund that plan. But we cannot do that at the request from a different account than the one that owns the upgrades.

    Dear Kokkieh,

    last year my brother @junliu0721, helped me apply for cancel
    he talked to the customer service by chat box

    he thought they cancel successfully, however he didn’t see later on there is another email ask him to sign in by the original owned account (email wrote by id : gemmacevans)

    I hereby ask to cancel this upgrades and hopefully for refund this and last year if it’s possible.

    I have canceled your subscription and refunded the charges back to you. It can take between 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect on your bank statement. We cannot refund the charge from last year as it is past the 30 day refund window and we never heard back from junliu0721 when we mentioned that the subscription wasn’t under their account.
