Account permanent deletion

  Hi there, I would love to ask, if let say there is no way to delete wordpress.com account, does it mean it will permanently be there? Is there an auto deletion after a certain period of time?

  It’s there forever – but you can remove all your personal info from it except for an email address, and you can get a junk email address long enough to change the email to the junk one (use a long password) and they walk away from that account

  the dormant account is no danger to you and they don’t sell the email or send you email that you did not subscribe to. The no delete is to keep someone from taking your identity and trashing your reputation. And the account is still there if you change your mind later
