Account Problem

    Hello Sir/Mam
    I have a problem with my account, I am unable to properly communicate my website with the jetpack plugin. Here I shaw This Message ‘Jetpack Dashboard was unable to properly communicate with your website. Please check your website’s error logs to see what’s wrong.’

    But I already check, My website has no problem. I am sure It’s my WordPress account problem, Because When I try to connect my website to another WordPress account, Then It’s properly connected.

    So please understand the issue and solve this problem.

    Hi @ramenbasak, I see one Jetpack site on this account, and it looks like XML-RPC is not responding correctly. I’m getting a 503 error with that connection.

    Can you check in with your host to resolve that?
