Hi there,
The domain you are referencing is under a different WordPress.com account than the one you are contacting us from. Do you happen to remember the other account you have created?
-
sir , it was the same account can you check this [redacted] and check what account linked to WordPress has this domain ? i want to send screen shots of my gmail to see message from WordPress that contain account information

Hi there,
It is not the same account. You are under
designwaycourses1, and the account with the domain under it isdesignwaycourseswithout the 1. So, there are two different WordPress.com accounts with two different emails. You created the account you are contacting us from yesterday. If you do not remember the login credentials for that email
could you please fill out our account recovery form, we’ll see what we can do to assist you in regaining access to your account. You can use the transaction ID on your bank statement from when you purchase the upgrade to submit the account recovery form.
If you are unable to fill out the form, please contact our Account Recovery Team directly at
passwordhelp@wordpress.comPlease visit our support page for more information on recovering your account.

I redacted the receipt ID you provided because we are in the public forum, but that is the correct receipt that is connected to
designwaycourses, so we can assist you with regaining access to the account. If you know the email, just use the email connected to the account ordesignwaycourseswhen attempting to log in and you should be able to access the domain. Otherwise, you can reach out to our Account Recovery Team, and they’ll be able to assist you with regaining access to your account. Thanks!
