Account Problem

  I created my wordpress account 3 days ago.

  I installed elementor pluggins

  In my account I created a website: lumicraft.one

  I bought the domain and the website is currently live

  I try and log into my wordpress account and it brings me to a totally wrong account that is blank.

  please help…

  I also tried the account recovery but I do not have any of the three options listed in order to do so

  I checked the site you mentioned and noticed that it’s not hosted on WordPress.com but rather a self-hosted WordPress.org site, as you can confirm here:

  In this case, you’ll need to contact your current hosting provider so they can help you with this.

  Yes, since lumicraft.one is self-hosted and not on WordPress.com, that’s why it’s not linked to your WordPress.com account. In this case, you’ll need to get in touch with DigitalOcean, and they’ll be able to assist you further.
