Account Problem
-
Hi, everyone.
I have a problem with accounts. Very long time ago I took a account from WordPress.com. With this account I create a web site and that website’s name was my nickname at Internet. However, I don’t remember the password. And also my old-adress no longer exist.
This is my blog: http://fapercin.wordpress.com/
But I don’t know password or e-mail. My name is Fahrettin Perçin and I created this blog. How can I get back this blog? -

Help! I have a similar problem. An old blog I set up with an old email address which is no longer valid. Someone has hacked into the flickr account which is embedded onto it and it is displaying inappropriate images.
I just need the site taken down but I don’t know how to contact wordpress to ask them to do this. they say they only provide support for accounts with upgrades – I am pretty sure i had upgrades on it inc premium theme etc. if that helps.
Who can I contact re. this pls?

@tremsrea, to help you gain access to a WordPress.com account, we’ll need you to send an email to support@wordpress.com from the email address on file for the account.
Since you no longer have access to your email, you can also send us the API key associated with the account. Please do not post your API key here. Email it to support@wordpress.com.
You can find more info on the API key here:
http://en.support.wordpress.com/api-keys/Please make sure you have tried testing password options using the form on the http://wordpress.com/ home page. A lot of times, people can remember the password after a few tries.

Can you also help me with regaining access to my site? I also don’t remember my password and no longer have the e-mail address associated with this account.

@marni, in order to help you get access to your site we’ll need one of the following things:
1. an email sent to support@wordpress.com from the email address associated with the account
2. the API key for your account. Please do not post the API key here. You can send it to support@wordpress.com
