Account Problem under Purchases

  Under My Profile -> Purchases the following message is shown by my domain:

  You no longer have access to this site and its purchases. Contact support

  When I try to contact support and tell the AI I need a human, it gives me a link that goes to a blank screen.

  Any help would be appreciated!
