account problems

    I’ve created a site, upgraded and paid for premium upgrade and added collibri. so paid for that as well and now it’s saying that my site and account is not there and not allowing log in access. Need help asap!

    Hi there,

    What is the address of the site you’re trying to access?

    The alancuorezonecom username account you’re using to post here was created a week ago, and has never owned any sites, nor purchased any upgrades, on WordPress.com.

    If you do have an upgraded WordPress.com site, you created it using a different username account.

    We don’t offer any theme called “collibri” on WordPress.com, though, so more likely you have bought a hosting plan from another hosting provider, where you’ve built a site using the open source WordPress software found on WordPress.org. In that case, you’d need to contact that hosting provider for help instead.
