I have been trying to delete my automatic renewal and can’t find where to disable it.
I disputed the charge on my credit card then canceled the dispute. I’m confused because word press will not acknowledge this and seems to want to charge me fine.
The stress dealing with this account and the lack of customer service to help me resolve things and move on is distressing. It feels like it should be unethical fir a business like word pres to refuse to help people resolve a problem.
They have not answered my emails and I do not know how to help my self with these problems

I already contacted my Amex card 2 times. The last time they send me a letter confirming the dispute was canceled. This is an excerpt from the email they sent. Which I already forwarded to WordPress. No one has helped me or resolve this burden. I have gotten ill from the stress. If you send and email address I will forward to you the entire email from American Express.

I need to know how to make sure that automatic renewal is not checked off. I don’t want to fradualently billed in the future for anything. I want to stop auto renew and cancel my account FOREVER.
If I ever desire in the future to build a website. I would rather take coding classes and web design. I’m sure it will be a lot less stressful than dealing with the way I have been treated.
So please help me with
1- shut off auto renew
2- resolve with word pres that my dispute was canceled with AMerica Express and the cost $ 70.14 was rebilled to me. So there is no dispute. I can send you the email from American Express.Thank you,

Thanks, it might be a few days before the update us here, too. Right now the status on our end is still “under review” but if you’ll check back again in a few days, it may be resolved by then. And once it is, we’ll be able to deal with the refund as needed.
Also, just to clarify, do you intend to permanently cancel castorandpolluxproductions.com or will you be using it elsewhere? If you want to use it elsewhere, it’s better to transfer it instead, since it will be tied up in a long cancellation process in the meantime.

I want to uncheck Auto renew before I cancel my account.
Then I want to cancel my account forever.Ok I guess for some reason there is a delay in getting the information. I canceled the dispute like over a week ago. Hope you get notification soon.

Unfortunately, American Express is rather slow with chargeback resolution.
I have checked with our billing department and have confirmed both that our processor says they will have an update for us by March 24, 2020, and that we won’t be able to issue a refund while the chargeback remains.
If you check back with us around that time, we’ll be happy to issue that refund.
Meanwhile, I have also confirmed that no further charges will be made.
