    we started by in Blue Host and it created our word press account. We also got Woo Commerce for the site. When we try to log into Woo Commerce we need to use our word press login information. It seems like our word press account is not set up correctly. Every time we try to log in directly to word press it sends us an email to log in. Can you check our account and see if it is set up correctly?

    Can you check to be sure this address is the same one that has the receipt from WooCommerce?

    Use the “I need Help” > “Need something else” option to contact support. It should not make you log in. But do include the site name and other pertinent details with your question. Let them know you had login issues, too.
