  I can’t access my clients purchase history – his domain, plan, and website are all no longer connected to his account.

  You created the account rwagscreative only one hour ago, so it’s logical you don’t have access to someone elses account, domain, purchases, … et all

  So first things first: what wordpress.com account and domain are you talking about?

  Hi there!

  Could you share the link to your client’s website? It sounds like you’re trying to access a different account. Did you manage the site for your client, or did they create the site using their own account?
