account problems
-
My account is messed up. My regular rebkin.wordpress.com site doesn’t show in my account [the blog is visible online, though] — only a domain that isn’t even active, only parked. When I go to my Sites, my wp.com page doesn’t show, and there’s no gear icon on that inactive domain.
I so would like to get in touch with a staff member, but the chat box doesn’t show when you really need it :)
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

These are our support options http://en.support.wordpress.com/help-support-options/
We can always email
help@wordpress.comHowever, emailing support Staff means it takes longer to get an answer than posting to the support forums does.
We are happy to answer your WordPress.COM questions right here in this thread. Please simply post exactly what you need help with into this thread, knowing there’s rarely ever a question posted here that has not already been asked and answered.
What is the URL of the domain in question ie. the one that’s parked?

Sometime blogger have more than one username account. You have to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard.
Sometimes blogs are just “hidden” on the My Sites page.
Clicking this link should display all your blogs registered under the same username, including the hidden ones: https://dashboard.wordpress.com/wp-admin/index.php?page=my-blogs&show=hidden
If you do not see the blog here http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-blogs/ then
follow this guide > http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-blogs/#my-blogs-dashboard-visibility -
Thank you! That did the trick — it was hidden :)
Now I have only one problem left: the linked blog [rebkin.com]. I don’t know how to unlink it. This is the remains, I think, from when I had that domain active, in self-hosted, and there’s still JetPack attached to it.
Again; Thank you @timetheif for taking the time writing this, very helpful, answer.

Aha! I’m happy we were able to resolve this in part. Staff can remove the self hosted site and this thread is tagged for Staff support.

Okay, terrific! I was looking all over the place, in order to find out how to unlink it! :)
At the same time, I would like them to clean out everything. I want to start over with a clean slate. Do you think I have to start a separate thread for that?
If not; When they do that ‘cleansing’, will followers be removed too? I would like that…
