Hi!
You can get help from the staff right here. You just have to type ‘modlook’ on the tags bar and they’ll answer you as soon as possible :) I’m doing this for you, ok?
Cheers!

What exactly did you change? Be specific and detailed because simply tagging a thread for Staff when there is nothing to work with in it ie. no details about the username account, the blog URL and what was changed from what and to what makes no sense at all.

The username is Garrett. I logged in and tried to change the website to Pluginprofit.website When I tried to go to the admin page which is kashkollector.com or to the website itself it directs to Pluginprofit.website and is all screwed up:/ and I cannot get to the admin part to change it back to kashkollector.com

Are you referring to this wordpress.COM (not wordpress.ORG) account https://en.forums.wordpress.com/profile/garrett which you are not logged in under?
kashkollector.com is hosted by Unified Layer
IP Address: 162.144.91.193
Name Servers:
ns2.pluginprofithosting.com
ns1.pluginprofithosting.comPlug-In Profit Sites are not hosted by wordpress.COM. Contact your web host or post to wordpress.ORG support for advice.
We provide support only for wordpress.COM hosted sites. Our support docs do not apply to
(1) local installs of wordpress.ORG software on your own server or
(2) wordpress.ORG software installs on paid hosting, and we do not provide support for them at wordpress.COM.Also, note that we do not provide Jetpack support https://jetpack.com/support/ for sites linked to wordpress.COM accounts with the Jetpack plugin so they display on the My Sites wordpress.com account page.
Some Jetpack solutions are here http://jetpack.com/support/
Others are in the Jetpack support forum at WordPress.org
http://wordpress.org/support/plugin/jetpackHowever, if help cannot be found at either one then they can file a Jetpack support ticket here > http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/?jetpack=needs-service
WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. Read the differences here http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
As you are referring to a site that is not hosted here, if you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG account, then click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right-hand corner of the page that opens, https://wordpress.org/support/register.php so you can post to the support forums there.
Log in to your WordPress.org account https://login.wordpress.org/
Resetting your WordPress.ORG password http://codex.wordpress.org/Resetting_Your_Password
WordPress.org support docs are at https://codex.wordpress.org/Main_Page

Will you please assume that everyone posting here is lost and work form that assumption. First ascertain the exact site URL, then determine the username account, and verify hosting. About 30% of those who post here every day are in fact posting to the wrong support forum. They have wordpress.ORG software installs and they will frequently argue with you about where they are hosted unless you use WHOIS and who hosts this site and post that information up front.. -
P.S. Please forgive my grammar/spelling errors. I’m visually challenged and only one of my eyes is operational today.

If I need .org then how come you know that information? That’s the information I need changed. I don want the Pluginprofit site on the account I want it to be http://kashkollector.com/wp-admin but it keeps forwarding to the Pluginprofit. (Which I don’t want)

I can’t login under that because I can’t get in for some reason. I tried resetting my password but I haven’t received an email after trying many times

If I need .org then how come you know that information?
The information who is hosting your site is available to anyone who does a whois search of your domain online:
https://whois.icann.org/en/lookup?name=kashkollector.com
Your domain is hosted by PLUGINPROFITHOSTING.COM, so you need to contact them for help with your site.
If you changed the domain in your admin dashboard you will need to log in via the server to fix it. Only your hosting provider can help you with the access you need to do that. You can find instructions on how to actually fix it here:
