  I purchased the business premium version for this account in 07/10/2020, however I open my account today it can’t be able to use the business class version.

  I think you have signed in into a wrong account. As this account is created just 4 hours ago and you have purchases the business version on 7/10/2020.

  Please check it out and log in to the correct account.

  Hi @officialanihana, you created that site under another username and email address. Can you log out, then log back in as that user? You just created this new account today.
