Account Purchases are disabled. Customer Support will not help.

    My account purchases were disabled when I was trying to purchase the pro plan. After contacting support through multiple messages, the agent refused to give me a reason for the disabling, refused to tell me why the account was disabled, and then further told me it would remain disabled.

    I have never been in contact with a company that refuses to help potential customers and refuses to help them purchase their products. I already have a support ticket open on this issue but the agent is being difficult and unresponsive. On these forums, it seems like it’s a trend to close these forum posts unresolved due to the fact that there is a ‘support ticket open’, so please don’t close this until my issue is resolved.
