  I have been charged for this account and I have not used it, I would like a refund and to close the account

  Hi there,

  The account you used to create this forum thread has never bought anything from us on WordPress.com, and we don’t even have a credit card on file for you which we could have charged. If there had been any charges on your account, you would be able to view the receipts for those charges on your billing history page here:

  https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing

  Does the charge on your credit card statement say WORDPRESS? If so, but you’re not sure what site the charge is for, please search for the charge at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ – enter the transaction details on that form, and it will tell you if that charge exists on our end and what site it’s for.

  You can also use the Contact Support link on that page to contact our billing support team directly for further help with this – to track down the transaction we’ll need to get some additional information from you which we cannot discuss here in the public forums.
