Account receipt

    Hi, I just received a receipt for a paid account when I was not going to continue with my account just for the moment. Can I reverse this as it has been charged to a family members account. Many thanks

    In looking at the sophiek70 account that you’ve used here though, it has never made any purchases or renewals processed.

    This means that the charge was originated from a different user account. Please sign in to that account and write back to me here.

    You’ll need to sign in at WordPress.com with the email address where you received the receipt delivery. If that doesn’t work, then go to https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ and use the blue, contact support link on the right hand side of the page.
