  Log in to your WordPress.com account and go to https://wordpress.com/me/purchases to cancel what you no longer want.

  You can also find refund policy here:

  However, now you can also directly get in connect with WordPress.com billing team by filling this form at wpchrg.wordpress.com .

  @kloveblogs, if you can’t access the account anymore but you do remember the username and what not, you can regain access using the transaction ID:

  Recover Your Account

  We can also help you here if you’ll confirm what site this was related to. We’ll reach out via email to get the transaction ID. Noting the form method is likely faster, though.
