Need expert help in recovering my account. My blog was created in June 2007 and I have been locked out and cannot log in or change my password. Tried two step authentication to no avail.

but I lost the email and login information to this site. All my documents were destroyed. I created the blog back in April 13 and the email associated is a gmail account. Can you help? -

@g2-68bc1ec83c5a783268e332f15a284597 that’s the email address on the account you’re currently logged into. The other person here is asking for help with their own issue, not asking for your email address. What we need from you is the URL of the site you’re trying to access.
@angellove91805 We cannot provide hints on email addresses. Are you absolutely sure you cannot guess which other email address you may have used? -
I created the email address the same day as the blog and I changed the name of the blog 3 times so the email address does not even relate to the blog any more. I think it was HRSAGA or HRCronicles or something like that. I wish I could remember. I can provide all the other details on the blog but not the email address. I need some help.

@angellove91805 if you still have the confirmation email in spite of the address changes, that will do. Please let us know if you need more help with that, though I do recommend creating your own forum thread so there’s less confusion with @g2-68bc1ec83c5a783268e332f15a284597’s issue.

Again, we can’t hint at the email address. I can say it’s not the one you mentioned here.
Since the account had upgrades at some point, though, you can likely use a transaction ID to regain access. Look for the last time we charged you, then look up the ID like so:

If that still does not work for you, let us know and we’ll reach out privately to get the ID from you.

I dont have access to the phone or email I started the account with. I have tried both recovery methods to no avail. I just have a verification text i was sent a few years back.

I just was able to log back in using an author’s email and password, how can I get back to my administrator’s account?

@sdkatari, are you the same person that’s been posting in this thread using other accounts? If not, please create your own support request at https://wordpress.com/help/contact and specify the site or account you’re trying to access.
If you are the same person, what account are you trying to access now? To access a different account, log out of the account you’re currently logged into, and log back in using the correct username/email and password for the account you want.
If you don’t remember the correct login details for that account, please follow our account recovery process that @supernovia linked to above.
