Account recovery

    I closed my account (email visible only to moderators and staff) / idcedillo with the intention of starting over with a new account where I am the main administrator. Now I cannot create an account because my account is closed, the only option I am given is to recover my account. The WordPress prompts continue to circle back and forth, telling me my account is active, when it is not or reset my password and telling me my account is not active. I have to be honest, this is an extremely frustrating process.

    My goal is to use (email visible only to moderators and staff) to open a new Premium account and for me to be the sole administrator.
